Brazilian Wax Demonstration Clips

few photos

today as expected I did not have time to continue with the work, but I took some pictures to post. Here they are!

This is the environment where I work. It 's a cabin designed and built by me and my father five years ago to accommodate bikes and gear. We used much of that wood on the roof that you can safely walk over and hang a bike without a wrinkle face! The floor is made of wooden boards, which are now so deformed that a plank between us and the other passes a finger. This is good because I can reverse all the oil that flows down so much that I want, but it is bad because besides oil also flows each screw me out of hand.

This is the system by which "store" all the screws. Tartt is the ordinary envelopes of paper, a pack of 50 € for 3 and passes. Each set of screws in an envelope to be different, with bits like washers, etc. OR and the envelope is appointed with a marker. For the most important series of screws (case etc.), I waxed the perforated cards which are threaded. I write what's the first and put the other in clockwise sequence. Normally I would not do anything, there would be screws and pieces everywhere, but have realized that the bike will remain open for a while, so I prefer to go slowly and methodically.

This is the puller I made yesterday, I can not wait to use it! I thought well the strategy with which to move the next steps. I think it will unmount the head and the cylinder with the engine still on. In this way, as well as save me from a hernia from lifting the engine, I can tie the rod to the frame to lock the drive shaft while the nut of the flywheel. It 'something I've already made a couple of years ago with un'XR and works great. The alternative is a special belt to hold the flying that I did not. I could give to me (is also used to loosen the oil filter in the tractor), but it should work around the problem. Tomorrow we'll see.

Turned On During Brazilian Wax

flywheel puller

Today I went with a friend in Mede (Alberta, has a KLX650) that helped me to pay (read "paid me"), the flywheel puller. E 'built more or less as shown on the site, but the measures are different (77.5 mm hole spacing). I chose to buy the screws and rods of alloy steel 10.9 grade as well, just to pay € 7 instead of 70 cents. As soon post pictures.

I hope to take down the engine tomorrow, although I will probably more to do. I'm thinking of removing the head and cylinder before removing the engine from the frame, because doing it all alone I'm afraid it's too heavy.

Mobile Diabetic Exchange Calculator

Work begins!

today and start the job!
I have a cabin in the garden, where I keep the bikes and gear. I decided to work there because no one will break the boxes if I leave the bike apart for a half weeks. I had to do a good cleaning and sorting all the stuff that was in it to make room. I brought out the CR and I covered with a cloth.
Since the TTR does not have the perimeter frame to put under the alzamoto and saw that annoys me to work angle on a bike, I decided to hang the ceiling of the house through the TTR ratchet straps. So that I can also use the alzamoto to support the engine during removal from the case.

Yesterday I spent half an hour in the rain to clean all traces of the last lap of the ground (with Teoris Lazarus and the forum) and I must say it was worth it: it really work better on a clean bike!

I removed the saddle, tank, exhaust manifolds, carburetor, shift lever, various wires (decompressor, clutch), and various tubes.
I tried to unscrew the sprocket wheel with brake blocking back but did not succeed.
